Bastiaan Koenen, Sales Manager at Hordijk about Oiconomy: “It is a method to determine the true price of products in the supply chain: the extra cost for the sustainable version of a product. We did this with a jar of white pepper. This concerns the pepper, the glass jar and the cap that we make at Hordijk. We look at what the negative and positive contributions are and how we can optimize this. That also requires the necessary insight from our side.”
